The Fresno Council of Governments and Fresno County are developing the 2020 Fresno County Regional Trails Plan. This project team has developed goals and draft recommendations for connections that create safe and comfortable trails for walking/hiking, off-road biking and horseback riding. This Plan will complement the 2018 Fresno County Regional Active Transportation Plan and will focus on unpaved recreational trails as well as paved shared-use paths under the jurisdiction of the County of Fresno.
